Part of my business the past several years has been focused on hospitality properties, mostly for purchase by affordable housing developers to convert to housing for homeless individuals and families. These are often large transactions with corporate buyers on one side and family owners on the other.  

This experience has required me to be able to deal with the corporate clientele as well as the individual or family who has built their life around their motel property. These transactions require a mix of corporate mindset as well as a comforting presence while guiding the motel owners through a life changing experience. Many of these sellers are afraid to let go, even though they know it’s time to do so.  

A patient, comforting approach is necessary. I am able to go from corporate, all-business, buyers to sellers who need reassurance seamlessly, providing both sides what they need, while the end result is to provide a well-earned retirement for the sellers and eventual housing for disadvantaged individuals through the efforts of the developers and the municipalities that support their efforts.  

Whether dealing with working families, corporate clients, or high net worth individuals, I am comfortable with any scenario and any price range.
