My approach to service revolves around serving all your needs as They relate to a successful and smooth transaction.

Property Evaluation and Marketing Plan – you can find many estimates of your property’s value online, but none of those can see inside your property and know what makes it different. I am well versed in finding the unique qualities of a property and making the most of those.

For Sellers – Assist in getting as many qualified buyers as possible to your property until it is sold. I will submit your property to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and promote it to other agents and brokers. I also market in the local area because many people move within their area when looking for a new home.

Selling and Buying Strategies – I offer strategic planning services and will help you negotiate the highest price for your property or the lowest price when buying.

Getting you the best price while buying is not always easy in a competitive market so I don’t want to say “get you the lowest price” because everyone says that and it’s not realistic. I would say “in a competitive market with competing offers, I know how to present you in the best light and get your offer accepted over the others” and take out the best or lowest price lingo.

Remodel and Upgrade Assistance – I have remodeled several of my own properties and have firsthand knowledge of what it takes to make changes to a property. If your property needs some love, I can make great suggestions to buyers who may not have the vision to see what a property can be. I can also assist sellers who would like to improve their property before marketing, including help with access to funds if needed.

Staging and Decorating – Use my connections to make your property show at its best.
